Mise en Place
- Assemble equipment. Wash and cube potatoes (unpeeled), peel and mince garlic, grate cheese, chop dill, measure and separate all ingredients.
Cooking + Assembly
- Add cubed potatoes to a large pot of salted water and bring to a boil. Cook for 10-15 minutes until soft and tender. Drain and set aside.
- Add butter to the pot, then the garlic and saute for 2 minutes over medium heat.
- Return potatoes to pot. Mash well, then add in remaining ingredients and stir until smooth.
