Mise en Place
- Assemble equipment. Zest and juice limes and orange, peel and mince garlic, measure and separate ingredients.
Bring it Together
- Add all ingredients to a small mixing bowl and whisk vigorously until well combined. Add meat and marinade to a large Ziploc bag and allow to marinate in the fridge for 3-5 hours (depending on the cut and thickness of the meat).
- Remove meat from bag, discard remaining marinade, and pat to dry before cooking.
Notes
- Fun fact! Most of the calories in a marinade do not get absorbed by the protein. Almost all the oil and sugar stay behind in the bowl.
