
Pickle Caesar
I usually don’t post too many cocktail recipes, but I thought I’d make an exception for this one. There’s nothing better than a really great Caesar, and this Pickle Caesar recipe elevates the traditional cocktail to a new level.

- Add lemon juice to the rim of a tall cocktail glass and rim with your favourite Caesar spice (or celery salt).
- Fill glass half way with ice and add vodka, pickle brine, Worcestershire and Sriracha sauces, squeeze of one lemon slice, and salt/pepper. Top with clam juice and stir well to combine.
- Garnish with additional pickles, pickled beans, celery stalk, and lemon wedge.
Notes
- Increase the spiciness of this cocktail by adding either additional Sriracha or another hot sauce.
- I obviously like to use our in-house Foodie Foray Provisions line of pickles and beans for these, but feel free to use your favourites.
