We are excited to announce the launch of our new “Provisions” line of small batch food products featuring fresh, high-quality, and locally sourced ingredients. We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to perfect our product line and we are confident that we have found a unique set of products and flavours that our foodie friends and followers will enjoy.
Our VIsion
Much like our philosophy for the rest of the Foodie Foray site, our vision for the Provisions line is to bring some of our favourite recipes directly to your home via various online and in-person distribution channels. This will be backed by a strong commitment to product quality, buying local, customer satisfaction, and eco-sustainability.
Our Products
Our initial product launch will focus exclusively on pickles – which have become somewhat famous around here. This line will deliver high-quality, artisanal pickle varieties featuring interesting flavour combinations, and focusing on local, seasonal ingredients. From here, we also plan to expand our line to include delicious sauces, jams, and chutneys.

We made our first batch of pickles back on January 26, 2020. Our small batch pickles and vegetables are all hand-cut and use a unique sous vide process to improve flavour and texture (which also helps to prolong shelf life). Our line features interesting taste and flavour combinations featuring fresh local ingredients and eco-friendly producers. Our current pickle lineup includes:

Our sauce line will feature top recipes from the website along with new creations from the test kitchen. The focus will remain on producing high-quality goods with interesting flavour profiles. This line could expand significantly based on product sourcing, but will initially focus on these products:

A number of different products are planned as part of this line. Fresh and local will be a key consideration, as will the sourcing of natural, quality ingredients. There will also be some seasonal aspects to these products. The line will include:
