Our traditional dill pickles use a unique sous vide technique and feature loads of fresh dill and garlic. These pickles took home first place at the 2025 Royal Agricultural Winter Fair in the category of Professional Pickling: Dill Pickles.
Ingredients: Cucumbers, Water, Vinegar, Sugar, Garlic, Pickling Spice, Kosher Salt, Dill
All of our pickles are hand-cut and made in small batches, featuring local ingredients from our amazing suppliers in Ottawa and the surrounding area.

- Always store in a cool, dark place. Pickles can be stored un-opened for up to two years, and opened for up to 2 months.
