I first became interested in bread and bread making in the Fall of 2019. You see, I had always liked to cook, but the baking side of things never really took hold with me. It wasn’t until I returned home from a trip to Ireland that I began to see what all the fuss was about. While there, we were introduced to an incredible Rustic Potato Bread at Aniar restaurant in Galway, Ireland, as well as to an 8-year old sourdough starter named “Hugo” at Ox restaurant in Belfast.
Regardless of the season, this Mango Mozzarella and Avocado Salad is sure to please. The recipe is light,fresh, and satisfyingly crispy and flavourful. The citrus vinaigrette brings the whole dish together perfectly, adding just the right level of sourness to balance the dish.
I’ll cut directly to the chase – tiramisu is my favourite dessert EVER! Not to overstate this too much, but I’ve loved this light, not-too-sweet, boozy dessert from the first moment I tried it more than 20 years ago. So, I’m very happy to share my go-to Tiramisu recipe.
This is definitely something everyone needs to try at home. Create your own “artisanal” or churned butter with little more than a bit of heavy cream and a mixer.
