I usually don’t post too many cocktail recipes, but I thought I’d make an exception for this one. There’s nothing better than a really great Caesar, and this Pickle Caesar recipe elevates the traditional cocktail to a new level.

Instructions
- Add lemon juice to the rim of a tall cocktail glass and rim with your favourite spice.
- Fill glass half way with ice and add vodka, pickle brine, Worcestershire and Sriracha sauces, lemon juice, and salt/pepper. Top with clam juice and stir well to combine.
- Garnish with additional pickles, celery stalk, and lemon wedge.
