Tzatziki
I recently commented on social media that fresh Tzatziki is possibly the “perfect summer sauce”. Sure, homemade BBQ sauce and chimichurri are up there, but there’s something about silky, yet crisp, flavour of Tzatziki that puts a smile on my face every time I eat it.Our take on this classic delivers a delicious blend of cucumber, lemon, garlic, and dill that pairs perfectly with grilled meats and vegetables – especially Greek souvlaki.
